Key construction elements included:

  • Vehicular Crossing Construction
  • Resurfacing of the asphalt car park
  • Associated line marking and signage
  • Installation of parking blocks and bollards
  • Construction of a concrete footpath
  • Kerb and gutter construction and kerb ramps
  • Installation of Storm-water drainage pits, drainage pipes, lines, concrete lintels and grates
  • Import and source VENM
  • Completion of bulk earthworks under level 1 geotechnical supervision
  • Identify and remove unsuitable subgrade materials
  • Completion of earthworks whilst protecting sensitive flora
