  • Decommissioning and demolition of existing leachate plant
  • Remediation of asbestos-contaminated hotspot areas
  • Removal and disposal of ACM, including all required air monitoring, testing and decontamination
  • Site-wide clearance and validation
  • Earthworks
  • De-vegetation of the site and removal of trees
  • Construction of new subsurface drainage infiltration
  • Installation of topsoils
  • Site-wide turfing and turf maintenance
  • Construction of stormwater drainage pits and associated stormwater lines
  • Construction of soakage areas and infiltration swales
  • Facilitation of concept design to approved construction design
  • Construction of approved design including all construction design co-ordination and quality management
